It's half way through deer hunting season and the hubby is out back waiting for the big one to come along... what this means for the critters is that they are banished to the indoors for all but a quick step to the front yard for potty break, the horses are banished to the near paddock, but they enjoy a little extra hay for the trouble ( oh an apple or treat too) The housebound doggies are tearing it up in the family room. this for them in the closest thing to a playroom in the house! Once the sun set's and the DH comes in, out the doggies go for a good run, or 2 or 3 or more around the house. Not that I look forward to the early sunset but the four-legged family is looking out the window, waiting.

Welcome

Greetings and welcome to the first post of ramblings about my critters. I'm not sure where this will lead but at least I'm started... I promise I will get more creative in future posts, right now I'm a little overwhelmed by getting going. At home with me now (critter-wise) are : 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rabbit and 2 horses. I have to admit the animal count is a little lower than usual but we are rearranging and restyling the menagerie. More to come on that later. Again -- welcome.
